Ben Sklarski, M.A., is a psychotherapist who supports children, families, and adults to meet their goals using a strength-based and personal approach. He believes that all people can achieve peace and contentment in their lives, and that within the therapeutic process, a person should feel safe and empowered to make the changes they desire. Ben approaches counseling by helping his clients realize their potential and make decisions towards a more satisfying life through greater self-awareness and self-compassion. With over 15 years of experience as a mental health provider, he has come to appreciate the power of play therapy, family therapy, mindfulness skill building and in utilizing the natural world around us to become more positively connected to ourselves and free from suffering.
