Group Facilitation and Mediation

Wellspring supports people in their efforts to resolve conflicts, negotiate agreements, and work well together. Services include mediation and conflict resolution, facilitated meetings, strategic planning sessions, change management, capacity building, program evaluation, and training in group facilitation skills.

4th Sister Facilitation works with people who want to work well together.  Whether in the crisis of conflict or simply wanting meetings to be more efficient, groups can turn to a facilitator to cultivate new skills and understandings.  Productive group process rarely “just happens” — enjoyable meetings and effective teamwork requires learnable skills and reflection. That’s where facilitation comes in.
