Anthony DePaul, M.A.,  LCMHC is a rostered psychotherapist, adolescent boy and family therapist, parents and group therapist. Anthony works with depression, anxiety, childhood trauma and attachment, ADHD, ADD, anger management and emotional regulation. Therapeutic techniques incorporates cognitive-behavioral, experiential, family systems, psychodynamic, narrative approaches and mindfulness in the healing process.

Anthony runs an adventure-based group within an alternative school classroom and in the summer months leads a therapeutic fly-fishing group. Group therapy utilizes the outdoors as a way to slow the thought process, bringing mindful awareness to the individual and creating a safe healing environment. The methods used, which encourage change without force, build on the inherent wisdom of the client.
