Claire Diamond, M.A.
SPECIALTY: Adults and Adolescents
My intention as a therapist is to provide compassionate witness, to ask questions, and to help you know your truth and deeply care for yourself. Trauma, oppression, and habitual patterns hold many of us back, uniquely presenting themselves to each one of us. How can we empower ourselves to show up in the ways we want to? In our relationships? In our work? For ourselves? My specialty is working with people who struggle with activist and caregiver fatigue and with those who are growing their capacity for self-love. My style is present, embodied, and collaborative. I am inspired by transformative process and committed to cultural competency.
I am a rostered psychotherapist with a strong somatic lens. My work is psychodynamic, systems centered, relational, and spiritual. In addition to my formal education, I have attended numerous conferences and trainings. I am also a doula and a certified massage therapist.
