Pablo Coddou, M.A.
Office in Craftsbury only.
SPECIALTY: Rostered Psychotherapist for Adolescents, Adults, Couples, and Families
Pablo Coddou obtained his Master’s degree in Transpersonal Counseling Psychology in 2010 from Naropa University in Boulder, CO, where he lived, trained, and worked before settling in Vermont.
Pablo’s method of psychotherapy focuses on bringing mindfulness to one’s physical and mental presence, as the basis for exploring emotions and expressing one’s experience authentically. He uses principles from Gestalt, Humanistic-Existentialism, as well as his Buddhist practice in the therapeutic process and relationship. He enjoys joining the multicultural urban reality he was brought up in, with the natural gentleness of the place he now calls his home.
Pablo works with adolescents, adults, couples, and families.
