Wellspring Institute is a non-profit organization dedicated to fostering an integrated approach to health and well-being, one that integrates mind and body. Wellspring Institute offers training, supervision, and mentorship for advancing the practice and growth of a mindfulness-based somatic approach to psychotherapy. Wellspring Mental Health and Wellness Center
An association of private practitioners who offer mental health counseling for adults,
couples, adolescents, children and families. Established in 2000, its mission has been to support the health of our local community through a dedicated effort to ensure mental health and wellness services are geographically and financially accessible to all. The Somatic Psychotherapy Institute is an outgrowth of this commitment.
Wellspring Insight Meditation Community
A peer-led group guided by a long-time Buddhist practitioner and psychologist dedicated to cultivating ways to awaken the heart and mind, and free ourselves and society from suffering. Through the study and practice of Buddhist teachings informed by Western psychology, we offer guidance in mindful attention to our inner life and a full, compassionate engagement with our world.
